体幹トレーニング

花咲徳栄おめでとうございます

院長の岡本です

甲子園も本日で終了

花咲徳栄の優勝で夏の高校野球も幕を閉じました

もっと僅差の試合になるかと思ってましたが

けっこうな試合になりました

１４－４ですか…

相手の広陵だってものスゴイ強かったですから

こんなスコアになるなんて予想もしていませんでした

やっぱり学生スポーツには魔物がいましたね（笑）

勝負事は下駄を履くまで分かりません

かなうなら

ドラゴンズからもそんな魔物を見てみたいです

さて

8月も残り一週間となりました

夏休み期間中は子供たちの柔道の試合も少なく

練習が主となりますが

明ければまた大会が始まります

９月は全部で３回

そろそろエンジンをかけなきゃいけない頃です

柔道の技術は稽古の方で頑張ってもらうとして

体の調整はボクの方でしっかりカバー

特に長男はケガで夏休みの稽古が思うように進まなかった分だけ

コッチの方でしっかりと穴埋めをしていかないけません

今日から大会まで一週間に二回の割合で

徐々に体調を万全の状態にまでもっていけるように

体幹トレーニングにPNFストレッチを用いて

しっかりとコンディションの管理をしていきます

子供のやるコトだから…と片付けてしまえばそれまでですが

勝ちたいって気持ちには大人も子供も関係ありません

スポーツに一生懸命に打ち込む選手たちに

最大のサポートをしていきたいと思います

我が子と言えどもオマケしませんからね（笑）
