ヒレよりもロースが好きです

院長の岡本です

厳密にいうと新年度は先週の土曜日から始まってはいるんですが

今年は週末と重なりましたので本日よりスタートってところも多いかと思います

はい

岡本屋も例に漏れず、新人の佐々木先生が本日よりレギュラーで出勤してきました

本採用に至る前からチョイチョイと出勤していましたので

だいたいの人柄は察していましたが

まるっと一日を一緒に過ごしていると、佐々木先生の様々な一面を垣間見ることができました

クールな外見とはウラハラに意外と人懐っこかったんですね

初々しさの残るこの青年に

あんなコトやこんなコト

いろーんなコトを伝えながら、岡本屋の色に染めていこうと思います

半年後の佐々木先生

大丈夫かなぁ…

今から楽しみです

さて

今日の佐々木先生

フル出勤初日ですが、早々に岡本屋の厳しーいテストを受けてもらいました

実は本人には3月の段階でシートを渡してあって、それに乗っ取っての確認テスト

サンプルはもちろんボクしかいませんよね～

で、受けてみた結果は…

見事に合格いたしました！

コレで運動療法は佐々木先生にお願いできちゃうなぁ

この変化が院内全体にどのような結果ももたらすのか分かりませんが

1＋1が２以上の結果となるようにお互い頑張らなくっちゃね

佐々木先生、期待してますよ～
